Description:
In 2024, I led the comprehensive design and architectural mapping for the Kadin.id digital ecosystem. This project was focused on streamlining the digital transformation for Indonesia's Chamber of Commerce and Industry by integrating three core platforms: the public landing page (Kadin.id), the Member Portal (Portal Anggota), and the Administrative Back Office. The goal was to create a seamless transition for users from public visitors to registered members—while providing robust management tools for administrators.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:
Comprehensive User Journey Mapping: I analyzed and mapped the entire user lifecycle, covering transitions from public/external users to official members and sponsors.
System Flow Optimization: I designed both "Existing" and "Proposed" flows for account creation and membership registration to identify bottlenecks and enhance the efficiency of the digital registration process.
High-Fidelity UI Design: I developed a clean, professional, and corporate visual identity for the landing page, ensuring it reflected KADIN's status as a key national institution.
Multi-Platform Interface Design: Beyond the homepage, I designed detailed interfaces for the registration portal, including complex multi-step forms (Pendaftaran Data Anggota), secure login/sign-up screens, and dashboard layouts.
Information Architecture: I structured the administrative back-office flow to ensure moderators and administrators could manage member data and partnerships with high precision and clarity.
