Kadin super apps user experience

In 2024, I developed a comprehensive User Experience (UX) framework for the "Kadin Super App" ecosystem. This project involved mapping complex user journeys, from external public users to registered members and administrative officials. I analyzed existing workflows and designed "Proposed Flows" for account creation and membership registration to streamline digital transformation. Key deliverables included stakeholder personas, information architecture for integrated apps (Kadin.id, Member Portal, and Back Office), and detailed logic flows to optimize the user’s transition through the digital ecosystem.
